Captains draft
Snake order, live on every phone. A pick clock to keep it moving and balance bars so nobody quietly stacks a team.
For the group that already keeps score
Clubhouse Leader gives the regular game what makes a season feel like one — a points table, tee sheets, draft night, a settled ledger, and somebody's name on a trophy in September. You keep playing exactly how you already play.
Nobody has to keep a spreadsheet, and nobody has to remember what happened in April.
Everyone remembers the ace on 12. Nobody remembers the points, the order of finish, or who still owes forty dollars from April.
Your game is already a league. It has regulars, rivalries, a pecking order and money on the line — everything except a record of it. Clubhouse Leader supplies the machinery a tour runs on: a schedule, a points table, tee sheets, a draft, a ledger, and an archive that keeps itself.
01 · Season standings
Points, average, money won and CTPs, updated the minute a card is approved. Tap a name for the player card — form, head-to-head, career finishes, and the achievements they'll bring up at dinner.
02 · Live scoring
One phone per group or four — every entry lands on the same card. Big targets, no keyboard, works with a glove on. Go dark on the back nine and it catches up when you surface.
03 · Event hub & tee sheets
Every event gets a hub: countdown, RSVP, the roster at a glance, then a starter's sheet once the groups are set. Everyone gets their own tee time pushed to them the night before, which ends the 6:41 a.m. “what time are we off?” text.
The parts of a season your group currently runs on memory and goodwill.
Snake order, live on every phone. A pick clock to keep it moving and balance bars so nobody quietly stacks a team.
Auto-balance, shuffle or hand-build the teams, then tune stroke allowances until both sides stop complaining.
Draw the groups by handicap balance or by blind luck, seat anyone by hand, set the first tee and the interval, then send the sheet to everyone at once.
Approve cards, fix a fat-fingered 7, adjust an index, grant an achievement, finalize the event. The whole job runs about twenty minutes a season.
The commissioner types in the years you already played — winners, cards and money — and they land in the standings and the archive. The record starts where the league started, not where the app did.
Purses, closest to the pin, long drive and a season-long ledger. We do the arithmetic. Collecting is still on you.

How a season runs
Four events or twenty-four. Teams or singles. Gross or net. You describe the season once; the app runs it from there and keeps the archive when it's done.
Add the players, drop in the dates you already play, pick a points formula. Ten minutes, once a year.
Captains pick live from their phones, balance bars visible to everyone. Or skip it and run the year as singles.
RSVPs, tee sheets, live scoring, side bets. The board moves while you're still on the course.
Final standings, a settled ledger, and a champion with the receipts to prove it. Next season opens with the record intact.
What it costs
One commissioner sets the season up; everyone else downloads it and plays. No card, no event limit, and the archive stays readable for good.

Questions from the first tee
A commissioner, a list of players and a rough set of dates. Ten minutes of setup. Add events or change the points formula mid-season and the standings recalculate cleanly.
No. One phone per group scores for everyone, and the holdouts still appear in the standings — they just find out how they did last, from whoever is holding the phone.
Type them in — to a tenth — and the app suggests a number back from the rounds your league has actually posted. The commissioner decides; nothing changes a handicap on its own. Every revision is logged with who set it and what it was before, rounds carry their own stroke allowance, and a card records what a man was playing off the day he shot it. So the annual argument at least has a paper trail.
No. We keep the ledger — purses, the pin, the long drive, who's square and who owes. Settling up stays between you and whatever payment app your group already argues about.
Yes. Send the spreadsheet to hello@clubhouseleader.app and we'll import past events, winners and career records, so the archive starts where the league actually started, not where the app did.
Start keeping the record. It's free — no card, and nothing to buy later.
